Gera’s Astoria is a premium residential project offering 2 & 3 BHK eco-friendly resort-styled apartments at Caranzalem, Panjim, Goa. Approximately spread over 11,000 sq. mts, the T-shaped complex consists of 8 floors having 224 residences and is well equipped with all modern comforts as well as a beautifully designed terrace garden.

The landscape concept attempted to complement the architectural treatment of the project which is developing the housing project as a resort. The whole focus was to create an organic resort with the building blocks tucked away in nature so as to provide the perfect getaway for a holiday seeker.
